Municipality
The municipality, located in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa, has been using our E-Procurement since 2020. The E-Procurement system is integrated with SAGE Evolution to offer a seamless procure-to-pay experience.
The municipality has over 120 users on the system, allowing each department to raise requisitions and obtain approvals from department heads, the Municipal manager, and the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. The system supports two workflows for requisition approval as well as memo approval.
The challenges the Municipality faced before Wemasoft were:
